FEMEN breaks into Parliament of Canada

FEMEN went to protest in Canadian Parliament against law C-51.
With Bill C-51, the Harper Government does not protect us from terrorism but takes on the same position as terrorists by repressing freedom of speech with great violence. Anyone could be arrested, judged and imprisoned for “terrorism” by simply participating in a protest or criticizing the government via email, as Canadian secret services (CSIS) will be granted extraordinary powers to track down those who express contrary opinions to the Party. Bill C-51 is a totalitarian technique of repression and an anti-constitutional amendment to the Canadian legal system that jeopardizes fundamental human rights and the very idea of democracy.
Whether it is jihadists or Canadian legislators, the result will be the same: Canadians will be scared to express themselves in fear of irreversible and dangerous consequences. This is how our ultra-conservative evangelist government uses a real danger as an excuse for its totalitarian methods of repression, as Bill C-51 threatens to instil a real climate of terror in Canada.
Terrorism remains indeed a real threat: FEMEN unfortunately knows it too well. FEMEN leader Inna Shevchenko escaped unharmed when the Copenhagen shooter interrupted her speech, shortly after FEMEN France lost their great friends and allies of Charlie Hebdo, not to mention the death threats FEMEN receives on a daily basis. But the terror on freedom of speech doesn’t necessarily require Kalashnikovs, sometimes a bill by a minister can be enough.
