Demonstration in Paris for the Elimination of Violence Against Women

About a thousand people demonstrated on Saturday, November 25 in Paris on the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence Against Women. The event, which takes this year a particular resonance with the backlash of Weinstein scandal, took place at the Place de la Republic.

As every year, feminist organizations, leftist parties and unions called to march to denounce the violence against women. Topless, several FEMEN activists, including they leader Inna Shevchenko, were also present.
